Comment
Add a CommentThis is a fun interactive book to read to children. In order to make it fun you have to really get into the book (using expressions and actions) and have the children reply to the questions. My 2 year old grandson loves this book, even though it does have many pictures. When we get to the 3 last pages he knows what's going to be said, so he ends up saying the words.
A favourite at our house. An absolute delight. We laugh and laugh over the pigeon's outrageous behaviour. Now we have the app that goes with the book, my boys also have fun drawing the pigeon on screen and making up their own stories.
An absolutely wonderful book. I love it and children love it, especially if you really get into character!!!!!
Say NO. The Pigeon must not. I repeat NOT drive the bus. (It's up to you to stop him..)
An absolutely brilliant book. If you have ever had to negotiate with a wily child or teenager, you will recognize the pigeon's pleas in this book. Mo Willems is a genius of modern children's literature.
My son loves this book. He couldn't wait for me to read the other Pigeon books to him.
My kids love this book, they can read it over and over again.
Oh my gosh! The Pigeon! Possibly the coolest character ever...
Total classic. Great for early readers up through all levels of primary students. Enormous potential for interaction and teaching.
Fabulous book to read aloud with young children - very expressive and comical!
