Add a Commenta wonderfully funny book ages 2-7 heart warming and entertaining
This book is hilarious! I grew up in the 70s and I see a greater selection of quality childrens' books today. Olivia could be your daughter. It gives a humorous and realistic look at the life of Olivia the pig. I particularily enjoyed Olivia's attempt to recreate a Jackson Pollock painting.
Well and stylishly illustrated, but the text is a little too coy and the main character a little too clothing-obsessed to make for an enduring book. Inherent gender bias might make it slightly more appealing to girls.
